Shipping Policy

Please note estimated delivery dates on the website and product pages.  Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email reiterating the estimated delivery date. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 10 CHF flat rate shipping within Switzerland via DiePost.

For purchases greater than 200 CHF, shipping is free.

In-Person Pickup

During certain periods, we may offer free pick up at local events.  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: EU countries, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Singapore. Please send an email to hello@luxemerch.com for an estimated shipping cost based on your order size and destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxe Merch GmbH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@luxemerch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry, Luxe Merch does not offer refunds, but we offer exchanges within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and returns are subject to a 10 CHF reshipping fee.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and notify you when your new order is on its way.
